Lent begins this week. On Ash Wednesday there are two opportunities to mark the beginning of the season together.
At St Cassian’s at 10:00am the service of Holy Communion will use the Book of Common Prayer (1662).
At St Mary’s Stone at 7:30pm the service will use the modern service booklet.
In each place there will be the opportunity to receive the sign of the cross in ash on the forehead. This is optional. All are welcome to either (or both) services.
