Acts 28
After the storm and the shipwreck everyone reached the safety of the island of Malta. It looked initially as if Paul was going to be mis-identified as a supernatural being, but the three months that he spent there gave ample opportunity for them to get to know him accurately. We don’t hear anything of what he said during that time, but v23 in tomorrow’s reading tells us what motivated Paul at every step, and that he made use of every opportunity, and the very final verse of the book sums up what Paul, the apostles, the disciples and the Spirit were all focused on. Shall we stick with the programme?
