Galatians 3
Paul’s message in Galatians is about two ways of living: following religious rules (the law) or trusting God (faith). If you try to live only by rules, you’ll always fall short, because it’s impossible to keep every single one perfectly—this brings guilt and trouble. But when you live by faith through God’s word, as Abraham did, you trust God’s promise and receive goodness and acceptance as a gift, not something you earn. Jesus frees us from the problems of trying to be perfect by rules, so anyone who believes can share in the blessings given to Abraham. In short, faith sets us free and brings good things, while the law alone can make life feel heavy and difficult.
