Luke 17:1-10
In these verses Jesus calls us to guard our hearts and live with radical forgiveness and humble service. He warns against causing others to stumble, and commands us to forgive repeatedly when repentance is offered. It’s not easy—our first response is often to keep score. The disciples cry, “Increase our faith!” Jesus replies that even faith the size of a mustard seed is enough when placed in God. The servant parable reminds us that obedience is our duty, not a means to earn God’s favour. May we rely on His strength to forgive freely, serve faithfully, and live as humble servants of His kingdom.
